Jeff Isom was drafted in 1993 out of Purdue University by the Pittsburgh Pirates. while at Purdue he was an All-Big Ten selection in 1993 and still is in top ten in many pitching statistics. After pitching seven years in the minors, he transitioned into managing. He has been managing professionally since 2000. Six of those seasons were with the Milwaukee Brewers. Jeff has been awarded Manager of the year three times. In his off seasons he has returned to Lafayette and has worked with the areas youth to develop their skills.

Larry Sims finished playing collegiately in 2021.  He played for Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Keystone College.  Larry is accepting new players for lessons.  He is currently coaching with On Deck at the 14U level.

Pat Murtaugh has worked in Major League Baseball for 32 years as a professional scout. Currently he works for the New York Yankees, where he has been for the past five seasons. Pat will educate players about what scouts look for and give evaluations of players in our organization. He has seen players of all levels and will be a big asset for On Deck.
